Not sure if we've been asked all of these questions yet, but if we were purchasing a print from Wild Child Inc, these are are the questions that we'd be asking!

We are seeking to deliver as comprehensive a service as possible at all times

We are committed to ensuring we deliver for the country. Our colleagues are keeping the mail moving – delivering letters and parcels across the UK, including to those who find it difficult to leave their homes. 

Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office. 

In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery.  We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.  Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. 

 

 So.. how long do I need to wait for my order to arrive?

We print on demand, so there's a 3 day lead on most products before your product even gets caught up in the national delivery tubes! Generally, you should receive your item within 7 working days and where possible, we'll provide you with a tracking number (not for our free delivery option though, sorry!)

 

Can you fill in my birthday card and send it straight to my mother/boss/best friend/cat?

At this moment in time that's not an option for us, so we'll send your order to you to do all the handwriting bit to then send on to your loved one.  But watch this space - it's a option that we're actively looking into offering soon!

 

Can you customise my print for me?

We're not exactly saying we can't, but we can't promise anything.  Drop us an email to hello@wildchildinc.store with the idea you have and some magic might be worked ✨

 

Can you frame my print for me?

Again, we're not saying no straight off the bat.  Email us at the address above with what you're looking for and we'll shoot you some prices 💲

Can I resell your prints?

All items cannot be resold in any form without express written consent by Wild Child Inc. This includes standalone websites, eBay, Depop, Etsy etc. and also retail shops. We will pursue legal action if any business/individual that is reported to us reselling any Wild Child Inc item without express written consent.

So that'll be no. Absolutely not.
